Maximize individual student growth and achievement for all learners.

The District will implement a rigorous curriculum which provides equitable opportunities for all learners to demonstrate academic growth and achievement.

Empower staff in their ability to work collaboratively in teams to capture, interpret, and use data to meet the needs of all learners.

Research potential and existing programs, models, and structures that would benefit the students of McHenry D15.

Safety and Well-Being

Ensure a safe and supportive learning environment that fosters social emotional growth for all.

The District will increase efforts to enhance the safety and emotional well-being of students and staff.

The District will strengthen the Multi-Tiered Systems of Support and Social Emotional Learning practices in order to maximize outcomes for all.

Finance and Facilities

Serve as responsible stewards of district finances and facilities to provide a safe and equitable learning environment for all.

Develop long term, comprehensive financial and facility plans that includes curricula, technology, and operations to ensure the district equitably meets the needs of all learners and staff.

Conduct an annual analysis of district facilities to provide optimal and equitable learning opportunities while maintaining fiscal responsibility.

Align financial, human, and operational resources to maximize effectiveness and enhance service to the community.

Innovation and Technology

Enhance learning by providing innovative experiences and technology to our students, staff, and community.

The District will remain on the cutting edge of technology by conducting thorough research and implementing the proper tools and devices that facilitate innovative learning experiences for students, staff, and families.

The District will develop and implement secure technologies that reflect and align with the needs of all stakeholders, both operationally and academically.

Community and Staff Engagement

Strengthen partnerships with students, staff, and the community to promote positive involvement.

The District will increase community and staff engagement through creative marketing campaigns, opportunities for partnerships, and welcoming efforts of new students and families.
